<p>PURPOSE:To use the top surface of a keyboard cover as the operating plane of a mouse by providing the keyboard cover on the top surface of a keyboard in a freely openable manner and providing the housing part for the mouse on the top surface of the cover. CONSTITUTION:A flat keyboard cover 4 is mounted on the keyboard 3 so as to cover the upper plane of a key top when the keyboard 3 is unused. Also, the housing part 7 of the mouse 6 is formed on the rear part of the top surface of the keyboard cover 4. When an input operation is performed by the mouse 6, the keyboard cover 4 is closed, and the top surface of the keyboard cover 4 is used as the operating plane of the mouse 6, and input can be performed by sliding the mouse 6 manually in all directions on the top surface of the keyboard cover 4 and operating a cursor on a display screen. Also, when only the keyboard 3 is used as an input device, the keyboard cover 4 is opened, and the input is performed by the key top. In such a case, the mouse 6 can be held in the hole of the housing part 7.</p> |
