SEPARATING CLAW FOR COPYING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To form a separating claw of a mold excellent in thermal load resistance and excellent also in thermal fatigue resistance and to improve the nonstickiness of the surface of the substrate of the claw by means of characteristics peculiar to fluororesin. CONSTITUTION:A mold compsn. based on polyether ketone resin having >=350 deg.Cm.p. represented by the formula and contg. a reinforcing material such as zinc oxide whiskers and a solid filler such as graphite or fluororesin in a prescribed ratio is used as a substrate and the surface of the substrate is coated with a fused coating film of fluororesin such as a tetrafluoroethylene- perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer to obtain the objective separating claw for a copying machine.
