<p>PURPOSE:To form a color filter without producing a space between a light- shading pattern and color pixels and to avoid low transmittance or reduction of production yield of the completed color filter by incorporating a photoconductive material into particles comprising a coloring material and a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The liquid developing toner is produced by dispersing particles comprising at least a coloring material and a binder resin in an electric insulating carrier liquid. The particles contain a photoconductive material. Therefore, photoconductivity in given to the particle itself which is the material to form a black pattern for light shading or a colored pattern deposited on a photoreceptor according to an electrostatic latent image pattern. Thereby, in the electrophotographic process for the succeeding color, no charge remains on the black pattern for light shading or the colored pattern already formed, so that particles of the liquid developer toner are not rejected by electric repulsive force. Thus, particles can be deposited without causing spaces.</p> |
