CONSTITUTION:The image data are inputted from an image data input part 1 and displayed at a display part 7. Then, whether the small unnecessary point of the stain, etc., is removed or not, is selected, and when an unnecessary point removing function is selected, a screen for selecting the range specification of the unnecessary point removal is displayed at the display part 7 and whether or not the range of the unnecessary point removal is specified, is selected. Here, when a range specifying function for the unnecessary point removal is selected, a removal range specification part 13 specifies the range where the unnecessary point is to be removed in the screen for the range specification selection.
