PURPOSE:To synthesize plural high definition pictures with a digital signal as it is at high speed when one picture is made by synthesizing plural high precision pictures in a high precision picture display device. CONSTITUTION:Two arbitrary picture signals are synthesized with an arbitrary rate by a N 2 selector 18 selecting two arbitrary picture signals out of picture signals of N pieces, tables 21, 22 for setting brightness of a selected picture signal, a coefficient register 23 making values of the tables 21, 22 for setting brightness of the picture variable with arbitrary time interval, and an adding circuit 33 adding two picture signals. Thereby, even when a high precision picture is transferred at high speed, pictures can be synthesized with simple constitution. |
