PURPOSE:To reduce the number of pins by controlling input output information with simple configuration when the number of input output pins of an LSI exceeds the number of pins of the package. CONSTITUTION:A counter section 1 is used to generate a load pulse 101, N-sets of clocks 102 and a latch pulse 103 to reduce the number of input pins, then N-sets of information of an information generating section 5 are multiplexed into one series of data at a P/S conversion section 6. Then an S/P conversion section 2 in an LSI 10 demultiplexes the data and the N-sets of information are updated by a latch section 3 and the result is outputted to an information reception section 4. |
