PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of a differential limit due to the thrust force of a pinion gear through simple structure and to prevent the occurrence of interference of an A. B. S(Antiskid Brake System). CONSTITUTION:A differential device comprises a case 31 rotated by means of the drive force of an engine; first and second side gears 47 and 49; a first pinion gear 69; a second pinion gear 71; a second pinion gear 71; and containing holes 57 and 59 to contain the first and second pinion gears. A first shaft 39 is coupled to the second side gear 47 and a second shaft 41 is coupled to the second side gear 49. A differential limit suppression member to limit a differential limit by the thrust forces of the first and second pinion gears is arranged at the rotation parts of the first and second pinion gears 69 and 71.
