PURPOSE:To provide a laying device of an optical fiber capable of inserting an optical fiber with a connector without adopting a force feeding head having a split structure over the entire surface. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline fixing member 4 which is half split is mounted on one end side of a hollow tubular path 2 formed within the force feeding head 1. A pipeline 7 is inserted therein and is fixed to the force feeding head 1. The sealing member 5 is made of rubber, has a notch 11, is provided with an optical fiber communicating hole at its center and is fixed to the force feeding head 1. Compressed air is introduced from a pressure fluid supplying port 3 into the force feeding head 1 and after the optical fiber is laid into the pipeline 7, a sealing member anchoring means 6 is removed and a sealing member 5 is pulled out and is removed from the optical fiber 8 by opening the notch 11. Further, the pipeline fixing member 4 is removed, is split to two and is removed from the circumference of the optical fiber 8. The optical fiber with the connector is removed from the force feeding head 1 and the force feeding operation is completed. |
