PURPOSE:To provide an improved oscillatory wave motor, in which the point at issue of a conventional technique is solved though there is the point at issue, in which torque is difficult to be further increased and T-N A characteristics are disturbed in a high torque region in a conventional oscillatory wave motor, from which torque higher than the conventional oscillatory wave motor can be generated and in which T-N characteristics are not disturbed even in the high torque region. CONSTITUTION:A thin connecting section 20c is mounted between the sliding- body mounting section 20b of a sliding-body supporting member 20 as the main component of a moving body 21 and the fixing section 20a of the member 20, the state of press-contact between a sliding body 11 and a vibrator not shown is improved by elasticity in the axial direction of the connecting section 20c, and the moving body 21 can be followed up excellent to the vibrations of the vibrator, thus generating torque higher than a conventional oscillatory wave motor, then obtaining an oscillatory wave motor displaying stable T-N characteristics even in a high torque region. |
