PURPOSE:To make a hose end into a joint rapidly, and to install a joint to the hose end in a single operation. CONSTITUTION:A plug 31 is formed at the front end of a joint main body 30, and a connecting hole 32 is formed at its base end. To the connecting hole 32, an elastic tubular seal member 33 is provided movable to the front end side. At the rear end of the seal member 33, the tip of a tubular support member 34 is connected and fixed. At the outer periphery of the rear end of the support member 34, an engaging member 35 which can expand and contract by deforming elastically is provided. The engaging member 35 is made impossible to move to the front end side by fitting it to an engaging groove 36 formed on the inner peripheral surface of to connecting hole 32. To the opening of the connecting hole 32, the second locking member 39 which consists of a cylindrical surface 39a to block the diameter expanding of the engaging member 35 fitted to the valley 12 of the hose end; and a locking surface 39b to block the movement of the engaging member 35 to the opening side of the connecting hole 32; is formed. |
