PURPOSE:To elongate life of a bearing by preventing occurrence of oscillations and noises at a mating part of a rolling surface of an orbit ring, and to improve producibility by attain above effect with certainty irrespective of measurement and thickness of the orbit ring. CONSTITUTION:A notch 2 passing a split line is formed at least one side of an orbit ring 1 in a width direction. Pressing is performed by an upper die 4 and a lower die 5 on the split line on which the notch 2 is formed, or deformation and dividing. A rolling surface 1a of the orbit ring 1 is polished in an oval form such that the longer diameter of the oval is shown on the split line. Afterward, natural cracking occurs. |
