PURPOSE:To reduce consumption energy by heat exchanging the first heating medium of a heat pump with the indoor air, the second heating medium of a storage heat recovering circuit with the indoor air, the first medium with the second medium and the first medium with the atmosphere by the modules of an interior side and a perimeter side. CONSTITUTION:The storage heat recovering circuit of an interior side module 100 has a second heat exchanger 102, a third heat exchanger 104 in a heat storage tank 103, and a circulating pump 110, takes out cold heat or warm heat in the tank 110 by a heat pump circuit, and can ventilate from a room of sensibly or latently heat treat the atmosphere. The pump circuit has a first heat exchanger 101 in a module, a compressor 115, a third heat exchanger 104, and a perimeter side wall through type fourth heat exchanger 105, and suitably opens or closes first - fourth two-way valves 116-119, thereby altering the flowing direction of the first medium in response to an operating mode. A perimeter side module 200 can substantially similarly conduct an optimum operation in response to a thermal load. |
