FREQUENCY MULTIPLIER CIRCUIT, WAVEFORM SHAPING CIRCUIT AND VARIABLE PHASE SHIFT CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To generate a multiple pulse train whose duty is 50% at all times even when the frequency of an input clock signal or its duty factor is changed. CONSTITUTION:D flip-flop circuits 101, 102 generate a pulse train whose duty is 50% and whose phase is deviated by 90 deg. resulting from dividing an input pulse train into 1/4 and pulses phase-shifted by phase shift circuits 110-116 are synthesized by EOR circuits 120-126. Thus, the two-multiple wave of 50% duty factor is obtained independently of the input frequency and the duty factor.
