The single-use syringe comprises a piston (3) in two separate parts.The lower part is equipped with an inverted F-shaped component (7,8) fitting between two rectangular parallelepiped projections (12) on a lower part (5).During the intake of liq., a mobile lever, situated on one of the projections, acts with (7,8) to engage the two pieces.When liq. is expelled from the syringe, rotation of the lever by 90 deg permanently disengages the two parts, leaving the upper part in the barrel (11) of the syringe.
