The loading attachment has a turning bearing (16) which is able to move on the bearing structure for the lower crane outrigger (4) in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The bearing (16) can move between the near region of one longitudinal side of the vehicle and the near region of its other longitudinal side. The bearing structure includes a bearing beam (10), which when the device is at rest, runs in the transverse direction of the vehicle. One end of this beam has a turning connection to the lower crane outrigger, thus forming its turning bearing on the bearing structure. The other end can turn vertically and is fitted on the other parts (12) of the bearing structure and directly or indirectly connected to the vehicle chassis.
