The stopper body of elastic material is symmetrical w.r.t. the main axis (6), with a tensile anchor (3) passing through a longitudinal bore (2) in the stopper body (1). The anchor abuts press jaws (7,8) at the stopper longitudinal ends (4,5), with the jaws mutually displaceable in the main axis longitudinal direction. The stopper body of foam material comprises a cavity (16) coaxial to the stopper outer shape, whose vol. is large w.r.t. the spatial requirements for the anchor longitudinal bore.
