A urine receiver for sanitary use away from rest-room facilites. The receiver may also be used by the bedridden. The receiver includes an inlet (20), an air outlet vent (30), an expandable bag member (10), a sealing plastic cap (40) and may have a disinfectant and deodorant (58) for rendering potentially harmful human waste safe for public disposal. The urine receiver also includes a top handle (54) and a bottom handle (56) to facilitate use, and may be used with a vaginal adapter (70).
