Seal arrangement esp. for the lower edge of doors

The arrangement consists of a rail (1) of U-section, the open end of which faces down. A second rail (4) of U-section, on which an elastomer seal is mounted, is mounted inside the first section. This section (4) is pressed down against the door sill by at least two leaf springs. The centres of the leaf springs are attached to the U-section on which the elastomer seal is mounted an operating knob protrudes from the edge of the door and engages with the door past when the door is closed. The knob acts against a slide which pushes against the ends of the leaf springs so that the leaf springs with bulge outward and load the seal against the door sill.
