<p>A naphthalene derivative represented by general formula (I), a medicinally acceptable salt thereof, or a medicinally acceptable solvate of the derivative or the salt. In said formula (I) A represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, etc.; B represents O, S, CO, etc.; C represents CO, CH2CH2CO, etc.; D represents hydrogen, NO2, NH2, etc.; E represents hydrogen, OH, SO2NH2, etc.; and F represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc. The compounds have the effect of, e.g., inhibiting IgE antibody production and are useful as, e.g., a preventive and/or a remedy for allergic diseases.</p> |
