<p>The invention concerns a collapsible wheelchair frame which is constructed so that the wheelchair can be easily folded for carrying or transportation, without the use of any additional tools. In addition, the proposed construction provides sufficient solidity in using the wheelchair. The construction of a collapsible wheelchair frame in accordance with the invention allows the linking of joint parts (A through F) with flexible, interlinked crossbars (5, 5', 10, 10', 11, 11') in such a way that the frame is longitudinally and transversely foldable by pulling out seat rods (13, 13') stuck into the upper front joint parts and tied together by seat canvas (14). In folded state all four upper joint parts (A, B, E, F) are brought closer to each other in such a way that, the each two opposite upper joint parts (A and F, B and E) are approached.</p> |
