Mixts. (I) are claimed contg. polysiloxane(s), reactive filler(s), pigment(s) and/or non-reactive filler(s), and opt. other additives. Also claimed are: (i) the prodn. of (I) by stirring the components at room temp.; and (ii) the prodn. of coatings by applying (I) to a substrate and drying for 1-600 mins. at below 100 deg C, or by applying (I) during the prodn. of the substrate, e.g. in the prodn. of precast concrete parts.
