The drive is adjusted by a feedback regulator operating on signals from sensors of the swinging movement produced by the electric motor (6) which drives a wheel (7) on a track (9) concentric with the axis of rocking. The motor is coupled to the stationary part (10) of the structure. The wheel is pressed against the track by a spring (11) which renders the distance from the axis insensitive to variations, and allows a self-amplification effect.
