Easing exchange or installation of fluorescent tubes in confined spaces

A device to ease the installation or exchange of fluorescent tubes with contact pins at each end is a plate which is plugged over the contact pins and sits between the these and the sockets. The plate has cut-outs (either holes or slots) for the pins and is shaped so that it projects beyond the tube diameter at an accessible location. It is not thick enough to impede the electrical contact between the pins and the sockets. It is made from electrically insulating heat-resistant material. The section fitting over the pins allows a rotational, pulling or pushing sideways tube movement.
