Pipette for small volumes

The pipette assembly, for handling very small vols., has a controllable valve (5) as the closure. Pref. the closure (5) can be detached from the tube (2). It can be located within the tube (2), fitted with a rod and an elastic sealing body at the end with a smaller dia. than the inner tube (2) dia. to be pressed against the conical shape of the tube (2) in a valve seating action, through axial movement of the rod towards the point (3) of the pipette with external operation. The valve can be fixed at the edge, with a sliding central elastic body with elastic distortion. Pref. the closure (5) unit is shaped to give a flow towards the point (3). A sealed pump (8) is at the channel through the point (2) of the tube (2) to the valve (5), at the end away from the point (3).
