The appts. includes a thermoelectric pile having several sub-pile parts connected together in series. The material data inside a thermoelectric pile part for all n-limbs of a sub-pile part, or equally for all p-limbs, are the same. Differences between the part piles exist, the thermoelectric material data of at least one limb type, n- or p-type, differs from the existing part-thermoelectric piles. The temp. coefficient of the thermoelectric force of the limb has at least the same sign, positive or negative, as the temp. coefficient of the entire thermal conductance of the sensor system.
