<p>The invention is directed to the use of herbicides of formula (I), wherein R1 is F or Cl; R2 is H, CH¿3?, or CH2CH3; and R?3 is C¿1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 haloalkyl; or the corresponding N-oxide or their agriculturally suitable salts. Herbicides that comprise compounds of formula (I) provide broad spectrum weed control in plantation crops such as citrus, sugarcane, coffee, banana, oil palm, loblolly pine, rubber, cocoa, grapes, plantain, pineapple, fruit trees, nut trees, and the like.</p> |
