PURPOSE:To enable oiling to be accomplished under perfectly sealed condition, in a lubricant distributor provided between the outer peripheral surface of an inner shaft fitted into a hollow outer shaft and an non-rotating cylindrical body, by disposing seal rings for forming an additional oil chamber in a position adjacent to seal rings for forming an original oil chamber. CONSTITUTION:A stern side propeller is fixed to an inner shaft 2 rotatably supported in a hollow outer shaft to which a bow side propeller is fixed, so that both shafts are driven in mutually reverse rotations. And, a lubricant distributor J is installed between the outer peripheral surface, on the driving side, of the inner shaft 2 and a fixing cylinder 30 and the lubricant supplied from a tank 36 is supplied, through a piping 35 to a sealing unit for sealing a space between both shafts at the outer end of the shaft. In the abovementioned lubricant distributor J, the sealing fixing cylinder 30 is arranged in coaxially with the inner shaft 2 and plural seal rings S1 to S4 are placed in parallel on its inner periphery so as to form oil chambers Y1 to Y3 between respective adjacent seal rings. Then the piping 35 is connected to oil chamber Y2 after setting the pressures in oil chambers Y1, Y3 higher than the pressure in the oil chamber Y2. |
