<p>PURPOSE:To produce recessed and projected shape accurately by placing a rubber sheet, having one flat surface and the other surface with a number of projections with its flat surface facing the side of an overlay film, on the overlay film, and then heat pressure treating the whole of the same. CONSTITUTION:A bonding film 2, a decorative material 3 and an overlay film 4 are laminated integrally to manufacture a decorative sheet 20. Respective components 1, 2, 3 and 4 constituting the decorative sheet 20 are placed among hot plates 10 of a press device provided with hot plates, upper and lower, and heat and pressure are applied simultaneously to integrate the components. A rubber sheet 5 is provided with flat surface 8 and the other face with a number of projections 7. Said rubber sheet 5 is disposed between the overlay film 4 and pressure hot plates 10, and the flat surface 8 faces the overlay film 4 side. The rubber sheet 5 plays the role of distributing accurately the pressure from the hot plates 10 uniformly along the recessed and projected surface even to all the fine sections.</p> |
