PREPARATION METHOD OF L-MANNOSE AND L-GLUCOSE

L-Glucose and L-mannose is prepared from sodium salts 1-deoxy- -1-nitroalditol L-arabinose so, that on aqueous solution of sodium salts 1-deoxy-1-nitroalditols L-arabinose is acting ozone by temperature 20 to 25 degrees of Celsius during 0,25 to 2,5 h by flow rate of ozone 30 to 60 mg.min _-1. After finishing of reaction is after adding of equimolar mass of phenylhydrazine isolated from reactive mixture L-mannose-phenylhydrazon, from which is L-mannose treated by reaction with benzaldehyde and from filtrate is by benzaldehyde released L-glucose and L-arabinose. These are separated with chromatographic dividing on column of strong acid cation exchanger in barium form by water elution. Solution is usable in saccharide chemistry and organic technology by preparation or production of basic saccharides.
