Biological usable agent, containing methylhydroxyprogesterone acetate (MAP) and in water swelling but not soluble polymer as cross-linking polyvinyl pyrolidone or cross-linking natriumcarboxymethyl- cellulose in mass ratio 1:0,1 to 1:100 is prepared with common milling of MAP and polymer or heating of mixture of polymer, stable by temperature of heating and MAP on temperature of firing of map, or with swelling of polymer by solution of MAP and drying of gained swelled system polymer/MAP.
