The oscillator includes a dielectric resonator (4) which is connected to the collector (C) of a bipolar transistor (3) and to a voltage rail on the other side. The resonator is a coaxial quarter wavelength type with a ceramic dielectric. A capacitor (18) is coupled to the emitter (E) of the transistor and mounted in parallel with the resonator. The base of the transistor is coupled to a supply via a resistor (6) and to a common point (7) via a resistance (8). The emitter is coupled to the supply via a resistor (11). |
