The first lever fits between the branches of the second lever and is articulated to it by a transversal axle (22). The lower part of the first lever fits between two projections (42) on the support. It engages in transversal grooves (44) under them and can be released from these by moving the second lever. The second lever is locked in position by a rotating button (46).
