The DC-DC converter has a transformer (T1) with two primary windings (L10,L20) connected in opposition on either side of a centre point (Ct), and secondary windings (SL1,SL2) connected to loads (SW1, SW2). A reference potential (Vin) is coupled to the centre point of the transformer through a self-inductance (L1) to provide a current source for the transformer. Switches (S1,S2) are connected in each of the supply return lines, in series with half of the primary winding. The control circuit is an oscillator (OSC) generating square waves and having two complementary outputs connected each directly to the control terminal of the one of the switches. The oscillator generates a frequency equal to the resonant frequency formed by the inductance of the secondary of the transformer and the load capacitance.
