Saucepan preventing boil-over of milk and other liquids

The saucepan has a double bottom (1,2) such that under the top bottom (1) is provided a lower one (2) approx. 5 min. apart. The cavity (3) between the bottoms is evacuated for reducing the heating energy acting onto the top bottom. A part of the heating energy is absorbed by the vacuum thus individually reducing the spontaneous foaming, boil-over and even burning of contained liq. The heat energy in the evacuated cavity may be compensated by a pressure equalising bore (4).
