A bag-in-process assembly having a plurality of plies of bag material, one ply of material laying over others of said plurality of plies of material; a strong electro-static charge in a first zone of said bag-in-process assembly causing said one ply of material to be electro-statically attracted to said others of said plurality of plies of material.
