The assembly comprises a cage-like circle (11) surrounding the movement. A battery holding circle (14) is embedded in the cage-like circle at a given angular position. The lithium battery (15) is held within the battery holding circle by a contact lamella (23) which also ensures electrical connection between the earth of the movement and the positive terminal of the battery. The contact lamella (23) includes a first part which extends diametrically across the underside of the battery, and a second part crossing the battery circle in the direction of the main cage-like outer circle. |
