<p>An endomedullar device (1) wherein an elongated tubular body (8) insertable inside the medullar canal of a bone (2) is connected releasably to the bone (2) by means of at least one anchoring assembly (12) presenting a pair of deformable nails (17); the nails (17) being slidable, inside the tubular body (8) and respective guide conduits (14) and by means of a slide element (18), between a withdrawn idle position wherein the nails (17) extend inside the tubular body (8) and at least partially engage the respective conduits (14), and a forward operating position wherein the nails (17) extend along respective paths (20) crosswise to each other, and project outwards of the conduits (14) in opposite directions substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (7) of the tubular body (8) so as to be inserted, in use, inside the bone (2) from the inside.</p> |
