<p>Disclosed are synthetic oligonucleotides 15 to 50 nucleotides in length which are specifically hybridizable with at least a portion of RNA or DNA derived from the UL36, UL84, UL101x-102, or UL112-113 genes of a cytomegalovirus. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions including an oligonucleotide of the invention and methods of inhibiting cytomegalovirus infection using such oligonucleotides.</p> |
