The appts. for producing shoe lasts comprises a base (1), a support structure (11) mounted on the base, at least one sand delivery container (2), at least one filling frame (3), a rotary transport disk (4) with mould boxes (41), a gripper mechanism (5, 6) for handling mould boxes, in particular for placing them outside the disk (4) onto a seating (5). After a mould box (41) with last patterns is filled with appropriately compacted sand, it is gripped by the gripper mechanism and transferred onto the seating (5). During transfer the box is rotated so that its bottom (with the shoe patterns) points upwards on the seating.
