The device possesses a connection section with a protective sleeve (1) and an inner tube for cooling water, having inlet (11) and outlet (12). This section also houses a CCD video camera (13) and a mirror (6) for direct viewing through the protective glass (10). The video camera is connected to the electronic equipment and a microchip (2) for digitising the picture. The equipment includes a control unit (3), monitor (4) and a video recorder (5).
