Sealing assembly for a percolation unit in so-called "expresso" coffee-making machines, characterised in that the distributor head carries a sealing ring (27) which occupies the upper inner periphery (13) of the filter (10) and which presses against this periphery due to the pressure of the hot water used for making the coffee, while at the same time moving back up inside the groove having a cone-shaped section which carries this ring. This invention is of interest to manufacturers of automatic coffee-making machines.
