Digital high- and low-pass filter

An input is coupled to a time delay member (2) and to an all pass filter(1) whose output is linked to two adders (3, 5). The delay member output is coupled to a first adder (3) second input and to an inverter (4) input. The output of the latter is connected to a second adder's (5) second input. The first adder output transmits a low pass signal, while that of the second adder transmits a high pass signal. The delay member provides a delay of (2n-1) of the scanning clock (T) of a digital input signal. The all pass filter has a specified phase function related to an all pass phase function of an approx. linearly phased, bi-reciprocal, bridge wave digital filter, and to circuit frequencies.
