<p>A reproducible transformant line of a Candida utilis yeast; a method of expressing a heterogene in the above line; a vector utilizable in the above line and method of expression; and a novel DNA group. The method of expressing a heterogene in a Candida utilis yeast comprises transforming Candida utilis with a vector containing a drug-resistant marker, a sequence homologous with that of a chromosomal (DNA) of a Candida utilis yeast and a heterogene, culturing the resultant transformant, and isolating the product of expression of the heterogene.</p> |
