The invention relates to new amino acid derivatives of general formula IR1-R11-A1-B(I)and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein group B is -A2-NR2R3 or R5, and wherein R1, A1, A2, R2, R3, R5 and R11 have the meanings described in the specification, as well as the preparation and use thereof. The novel compounds are valuable neurokinin (tachykinin) antagonists. |
