The base plate has a slide element (14) which consists of a rocker arm pivot mounted in the base plate (12). At least when weight is not applied, the rocker arm has at least one protuberance protruding above the base plate. The rocker arm has a middle part and two end parts possessing the protuberances. At least one support arm is parallel to the middle part to which it is joined by a pin. The pins joining the support arms to the middle of the slide element are contained in matching cavities in the base plate. |
