PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity of quality as a composite resin material good in dynamic characteristics such as bending breaking resistance, rigidity, tensile strength or the like by constituting a resin molded object so that a plurality of resin components are respectively mutually dispersed in the molded object in a fibrous state. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of granular or powdery resin components A, B having no compatibility each other are successively melted in an extruder from the resin component having a low m.p. and all of the resin components A, B are completely melted in the rear stage of the extruder and the dispersed state of the resin components A, B is further finely divided by the fluid shearing in the screw groove direction cross-sectional plane of the extruder and, at the same time, the finely divided resin components A, B are finely drawn to form fibrous streams. The molten resins becoming the fibrous flows are emitted from a cap device to be immediately cooled and becomes a composite resin material having a fine fiber dispersed structure wherein the fibrous flows of the molten resins are fixed. A drawing shows the enlarged cross section of the composite resin material of a two-component system and the respective resins A, B are dispersed in a molded object mutually. |
