The method for controlling petty drying of a dryer comprises the steps of: heating the interior of a drum by first and second heaters, determining if it reaches a first maximum value TG1, obtaining and recording the temperature difference between the temperature of the interior of the drum when it reaches a maximum value and the temperature after removing moisture and drying at the state when the first heater is turned off; if the temperature difference between the intemal temperature of the drum and the temperature of the moisture-removed drum is over the recorded temperature difference, turning off the first heater; and compensating the cooling ventilation time of drying material according to the temperature of surroundings.
