PURPOSE:To prevent the decomposition of sugar components caused by sterilization, by linking a first bag filled with a solution containing the sugar components and a second bag filled with a solution containing no sugar component through a connecting tube with a communicating member disposed in the course thereof to separate the sugar components from other components for sterilization adjusted. CONSTITUTION:This plasma preservation bag 1 has a first bag 2 filled with a preservation liquid A containing sugar components and a second bag 3 filled with a preservation liquid B containing no sugar component mutually linked with connecting tubes 4-6. The connecting tubes 4 and 6 are filled with communicating members 7 and 8 and a transfusion port 10 crowned with a protector 9 and a tube 11 are mounted at the upper ends of the bags 2 and 3. After the end of sterilization, the communicating members 7 and 8 are broken to transfer the preservation liquid A into the second bag 3 via the connecting tubes 4-6. Thereafter, the connecting tube 5 or 6 is sealed up in the course thereof to preserve a plasma preservation liquid a mixed liquid in the second bag 3 and the first bag 2 is discarded. |
