<p>PURPOSE:To attach roof member supports directly to a node without requiring intermediate metal fixtures while a wide flat part is formed to the upper face of the node for enabling a number of tapped holes to be provided thereto. CONSTITUTION:A node 3 to which upper chords 2, 2 are connected is formed in a shell-like shape and is positioned so that its flat part 3A looks upward. A plurality of tapped holes 3a, 3a are provided to the flat part 3A, and roof member supports 4, 4 are placed directly onto the flat part 3A and fixed to the node 3. Thereby, fixation to the ends of the roof member supports 4, 4 becomes strong, heightening attachment strength greatly while making attachment work easy. Intermediate metal fixtures or the like for connecting the roof member supports 4 to the node 3 become unnecessary, simplifying the connecting structure. The roof member supports 4 can be placed to the center of the node 3 with an equal positional relation secured, and correct arrangement of the roof members can be made while restraining diversification of sizes for the roof members. Furthermore, neat design resulting from simplification of a space truss becomes possible.</p> |
