<p>PURPOSE:To enable the manufacture of a D type container made of a shin material and a small D type container to be carried out by forming the side surface of a part of a first container into a plane shape by crushing after manufacturing the first container in a round type bowl shape. CONSTITUTION:The D type container is manufactured with a shin stainless steel sheet by spinning a main body part 11 and a rolled-up edge part 12. Next, a part of the side surface of a first container lz is crushed toward the center of the container from the lateral direction by using a press device, a crushed part 21 is formed in a plane shape, and the whole is made in a D type bowl shape (second container 2). The rolled-up edge part 22 of the second container 2 is supported by a proper supporting bench, and a projected part 23 is formed to a flat by a forming die to manufacture a specified D type container 2a. Therefore, since spinning for a square type container in which a roundness at a corner is small, and the material of a curved side part is easy to come short, is not necessary, the whole can be manufactured with a material sufficiently thinner than that used for a conventional D type container.</p> |
